Who we are and what we do

 

Sam is responsible for the inception of Liverpool Commercial Finance. A veteran of banking for the likes of Bank of Scotland Commercial, Sam leads our proposition. A huge golf enthusiast (now that his kids have left home) he can also be found hiking around the pennines and the Lancashire coastline in his spare time.

Sarah is the 2nd in command so to speak. A keen advocate of always 'doing the right thing', she takes real pride in making sure her property developer and landlord contacts receive the very best service. Always available (even at weekends and evenings), she really does go the extra mile for our clients.

Rob is an experienced lending professional with a career spanning almost 30 years. Most of this has been spent on the Isle of Man with a number of private equity firms, however Rob was born (and almost bred) in Old Swan and is hugely proud of the fact and that he is a seasoned (and not yet disillusioned) Everton supporter.

Emma is the newest member of our team. A native of Formby who spent her formative banking years in London, Emma knows all there is to know about business, asset and trade finance. A keen horsewoman and field sports enthusiast, Emma can still be contacted even if she is traipsing around a field in her Hunter wellies.

Richard is our resident 'grumpy old man'. His years of experience help us enormously here at Liverpool Commercial Finance because quite often we ask 'what would Richard do?', which is praise indeed for our lending guru and 'goto' commercial finance expert. 30+ years in banking with Coutts helps a little too!

Adam is the brother of Sam, our founder. He will tell you he is the better looking one of the two but then again, he would wouldn't he? Adam is an experienced property developer himself and currently owns 6 serviced accommodation units in Liverpool and 9 AirBnB's, so he knows exactly how to finance a purchase.
